WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for people who are servant-minded, sold out for Christ, and team-oriented.

Summer staff at Cathedral Pines isn’t about just showing up and doing a job. We’re building a team of people who are willing to work hard, serve wherever they’re needed, encourage one another, and put the needs of our campers first.

Everything we do has a purpose: to create an experience that allows campers to step away from everyday life, be refreshed and renewed, and grow closer to Christ during their time at Cathedral Pines.

That takes a team willing to serve behind the scenes, work long days, have a great attitude, and give their best, even when nobody is watching.

We work hard. We play harder. And through it all, we serve Christ together.

 

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

Life on summer staff starts early, but there's plenty of time for adventure along the way.

7:00 AM — Rise & Grind
The day starts in the kitchen preparing breakfast and getting ready to serve our campers.

Morning — Serve & Reset
After breakfast, we clean up and tackle our daily cleaning responsibilities around camp. Then it's back to the kitchen to prepare and serve lunch.

Afternoon — Your Time
Once lunch is cleaned up, you’ll usually have 3–4 hours of free time before dinner prep begins. Take a nap, hang out with the staff, head into town, hike, fish, swim, explore the mountains—or just relax.

Evening — Back At It
We come back together to prepare and serve dinner, clean up, and finish the day's responsibilities.

Then? Enjoy camp.
Hang out around the fire. Join an activity. Spend time with your team. Enjoy a summer night in the mountains.

 

Staff are provided room and board for the time they are at camp. Positions may be paid or volunteer. Paid staff must be at least 16-years-old.
